GM

General Motors, or GM, is an American multinational car manufacturer based in Detroit, Michigan, USA. It was established in 1908 by William Durant, Charles Molt, and Fred Smith who had been involved in the production of horse-drawn carriages before turning their attention to automobiles.

During the course of their history, they have marketed and sold their vehicles under numerous brand names including Buick, Chevrolet, GMC, Cadillac, Oldsmobile, Vauxhall, Opel, Pontiac. Saturn, Saab, Hummer, and Daewoo. As well as manufacturing vehicles, they also offer car parts and components, and financial services.
