Merchandise Condition:

USED PRODUCTS / CUSTOMER RETURNS – Inventory in this lot consists of products that have been previously sold to an end user and returned through a retail storefront, manufacturer, website, and/or distribution center. Products may show signs of prior use including scratches, dents, cosmetic blemishes, residue, missing parts, or other wear and tear.

Items have not been individually tested or inspected by Direct Liquidation unless otherwise stated. Functional and cosmetic condition may vary significantly from unit to unit.

Disclaimer:

The units listed in this lot are untouched pallets, checked in without being broken down. Manifest inaccuracies may be up to 15% of the units, with possible overages and shortages. While we do not guarantee 100% accuracy, we will assist buyers missing an item that constitutes at least 50% of the pallet’s retail value, as per the provided manifest, with an in-store credit. We do not support credit requests or refunds otherwise and will never ask buyers to pay extra for an overage.

Please note that pallet count is an estimate and not guaranteed. As inventory is palletized, we optimize load configuration for safety and efficiency, which may result in minor variations in the final pallet count.

These items are sorted into pallets by UPC without individual inspection or testing by Direct Liquidation. Any writing on products, return receipts with reason codes, or other markings are not indicative of any assessment by Direct Liquidation. We make no promises regarding product condition and have no knowledge of the exact condition of the items. No credits or refunds will be provided under any circumstances based on the condition of the products in these pallets.

The manifest is not 100% accurate but serves as a representation of the overall contents of the pallet and should be used as a close guide. The contents listed in the manifest will have a degree of variance. We do our best to provide the most accurate manifest possible but will not credit for missing or non-matching manifests since the product is sold “AS IS.”
