Customer Condition

Inventory consists of Refurbished Grade C and/or Refurbished Grade D merchandise.

Refurbished Grade C: These items, like Grades A and B, have been inspected, tested, and restored to the original manufacturer's operating specifications. They are in retail ready condition but may have significant cosmetic defects. Repackaging, labeling, and warranty procedures are consistent with other refurbished grades.

Refurbished Grade D: These items have very significant cosmetic defects. Despite their appearance, they have been processed through the refurbishment program and include a 90 day warranty from DirectLiquidation.com beginning on the date of product pickup.

Cosmetic condition may vary significantly between units. Buyers should expect visible wear, blemishes, scratches, dents, discoloration, or other signs of prior use.

Manifest Accuracy & Lot Information

The manifest is provided as a representation of the overall contents of the lot and should be used as a close guide. Manifest inaccuracies may be up to 15% of the units, with possible overages and shortages.

While we do not guarantee 100% accuracy, we will assist buyers missing an item that constitutes at least 50% of the lot's retail value, based on the provided manifest, with an in-store credit. We do not support credit requests or refunds otherwise and will never ask buyers to pay extra for an overage.

Please note that pallet count is an estimate and not guaranteed. Inventory is palletized to optimize load configuration for safety and efficiency, which may result in minor variations in the final pallet count.

Manifest descriptions, grades, and condition designations are provided for reference purposes only and should not be considered a guarantee of functionality, completeness, or cosmetic condition.

Additional Buyer Information

Products may be missing accessories, components, manuals, retail packaging, cables, remotes, chargers, hardware, or other items that may have originally been included by the manufacturer.

Batteries, rechargeable batteries, battery life, and battery performance are not tested and are not guaranteed.

Smart devices, electronics, and connected products may contain user accounts, passwords, activation locks, cloud locks, or other restrictions that prevent full functionality. Buyers are responsible for resetting, unlocking, or reconfiguring such products where possible.

Software licenses, digital downloads, subscriptions, activation codes, and promotional offers are not guaranteed and may have been previously redeemed or expired.

Packaging

Packaging may be in various states including new, opened, distressed, repackaged, damaged, shelf-pulled, labeled, stickered, marked, taped, and/or missing.

Retail packaging may not match the item contained within the package.

Warranty Information

Refurbished Grade D items include a 90 day warranty from DirectLiquidation.com beginning on the date of product pickup.

Manufacturer warranties may not apply to products in this inventory.
