Direct Liquidation Disclaimers and Tips to Ensure a Successful Experience

Information regarding scheduling your appointment:

  • If Buyer refuses shipment of the merchandise or inventory upon arrival at designated shipping destination, they are responsible for the associated shipping charges to return the goods.

Information on receiving your product:

  • Upon arrival, if there are any overages, shortages, or damages, please make sure to note them on the BOL before signing it. We also recommend that you take pictures of the goods before and during the unloading process to increase your chances at receiving compensation from the trucking company if something went wrong.
  • Liftgate requests do not come with pallet jacks. Buyers must be capable of bring pallets from the back of the truck to the front.
  • If a liftgate or residential delivery is needed but not requested, the customer is responsible for all costs associated with delivering the goods, including any applicable fees for not having the correct delivery requirements listed.
  • If the address provided is not accurate, the customer is responsible for all cost associated with shipping the product to the correct location.
  • For unloading times that exceed two hours, there may be a per-hour charge of $50-$75 after the first two hours. This is referred to as a detention charge, and the per-hour cost is determined by the driver. Please make sure you have enough help to unloading the truck to mitigate extra costs.
  • The driver will not assist in unloading unless a liftgate fee was paid, in which case the driver will only assist with lowering the pallets to the curb. Drivers will not bring pallets into a storage space or garage. Be prepared to break down the pallet, and manually bring your items inside.
  • Less than truckload (LTL) shipping quotes are generally quoted with minimal insurance of $0.10 per pound. If insurance covering the full cost of goods purchased while in transit is desired, please make sure to notify the transportation representatives before pick-up. Keep in mind that this could increase the cost of shipping, and the seller may not be liability for full coverage of goods in transit if Buyer opts out.

Requests for Returns

  • Buyer must inspect the received goods and report any discrepancies within five (5) business days following delivery or waive any claim for damages or non-conformity of the goods.

Cancellation Policy

  • If Buyer cancels the GoTRG arranged transportation with less than twenty-four (24) hour notice of pickup, there may be a truck ordered not used (TONU) fee of up to $300 for a full truckload shipment.
