Open box, As-Is returns. All items are no longer sealed. DirectLiquidation does not open the boxes and check condition. Items can be LIKE NEW, USED, or possibly DAMAGED/NOT WORKING. The process is to scan the UPC then sort to boxes based on whether the seal was broken or not. To reiterate, the seal was broken, and these are open box, As-Is returns.
