Libman

Libman was established in 1896 by Lithuanian immigrant William Libman, who began the company by selling and later manufacturing corn brooms in Chicago. He was later joined by his three sons, Ben, Clarence, and Sam, and the company expanded their range to include mops, buckets, dusters, spray bottles, dishcloths, brushes, sponges, scrubbers, and other cleaning products for the kitchen and bathroom.

The company continues to be led by the Libman family, with the founder’s great-grandchildren currently in possession of the reins; the company’s headquarters is located in Arcola, Illinois, USA.
